Pre-order policy

Pre-orders let you lock in product before street date. Here's how they work.

• Payment: You're charged at checkout.
• Shipping: Pre-orders ship on or before street date. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items ship together when the pre-order is released, unless you place them separately.
• Allocation: Distributor allocations are sometimes cut. If that happens we fill orders oldest-first and refund anything we can't fill — in full, to your original payment method.
• Limits: Per-household limits apply. Orders over the limit — including across multiple accounts, names or addresses — may be cancelled and refunded.
• Final sale: Pre-orders are final once placed, like everything we sell.
• Delays: If the manufacturer moves a street date, we'll email you. You can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.
